This information is used to assist B4U, along with third parties, in
communicating with you about their products and services.
Collection of Data through "Cookies"
B4U uses resident cookies to store data on your hard disk for the purpose of
identifying you when you return to any of the B4U sites. If you have resident
cookies disabled in your browser you are still able to use the B4U sites. B4U
uses sessions to store data on our server which are individually identifiable.

sending emails. This process allows B4U and it's clients the ability to profile
the recipients of their communications.
Registration Though Third Party Sites
The collection of data by B4U through registration on third party sites may lead
to your data also being held by that third party site.
Provision of Your Data to Third Party Sites
The data you provide to B4U is held by B4U and the sponsors of the

database is only accessed by reference to interest categories in order to
provide you with information about those interests you have selected. The
process of supplying you with this information is at all times under the control
of B4U, although specialist third party suppliers may carry out the dispatch of
emails or SMS. By submitting your e-mail to us and confirming your e-mail address, you are opting in to having your data being passed on to selected third parties for marketing purposes via e-mail and any other medium we feel would be of relevance to you.

already hold about you, for the purpose of contacting you with information about
their products and services.

you. You should be aware that such outside service providers might be based in
countries outside of the European Union, whose laws provide for a different standard
of protection for your personal data than that provided under English law. In
such circumstance, B4U will have in place contractual arrangements which will
require your data to be processed at least to a standard compliant with the Data
Protection Act 1988.
Use of Your Data for Analytical and Statistical Purposes

third party without your prior consent; however, under certain circumstances the
force of law may require the provision of information to legal authorities.
In order to maintain the integrity of its website and safeguard the interests of
its subscribers B4U will comply with any such legally binding request.
